Broker of Record / Administrative and Financial Management

Connie Barrett's extensive management skills span over the last 15 years in both the real estate profession as well as a prior employment with the Federal Government. She has an incredibly likeable personality and exceptional people skills when it comes to helping her agents and their customers. She is a magnet for being well liked among real estate professionals for her kindness, care, and natural ability to analyze their needs, learning curves, conflicting situations, and councils them through the steps of admirable outcomes.

Outside of business, Connie gets the most enjoyment from spending time, caring, and nurturing her four children. She was the assistant coach of the of the 1st place Hudson Little League baseball team in both 2007 and 2008. She often provides some of her personal time volunteering at Dayspring Academy, a local charter school. She has also been a volunteer of "Take Stock In Children" a non-profit organization which helps struggling teens academically and socially succeed throughout their high-school years and earn full tuition college scholarships.

 Scott Barrett       
Technology Operations and Business Development
Scott Barrett has previously dedicated over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur in the computer networking, hardware, Internet technology, software programming, and consulting industry. During his recent six years as a licensed real estate professional he has been consistently in the top 1% to 5% of all selling agents in his marketplace. Despite a downward real estate market, Scott has sold million dollar properties continuously year after year. It was early on that he engaged the Internet as his primary source and solution for marketing and managing his personal real estate business. In 2007, his Internet marketing was generating over 10,000 visitors and and averaged over 600 qualified leads every month. Scott has brought his technology abilities to the real estate business and developed the company's exclusive and advanced online office along with developing agent Internet websites, tools, and he actively trains agents on using technology, social media, prospecting skills, and much more. Scott Barrett is also the company's lead management person for implementing ideas and expanding Florida Luxury Realty into new market areas.

Outside of his business role as the company's technology operations manager and business development manager, Scott Barrett has been a prior Hudson Rotary Club Member and member and technology chairman of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce. He has also created a startup non-profit organization, "The Foundation for Computer Education", which recycled donated computer systems and placed them back into use in local churches, nursing homes, and other organizations that help the needs of people. In addition "The Foundation for Computer Education" also provides free education training on how to use the computer and was focused and supported by Pasco County for proper recycling as a Green environment solution. Since 2007, Scott has served as the Technology advisor for Dayspring Academy which includes the development and management of the school website, www.dsa2000.org. Scott is also an active member of the Dayspring Academy Board of Directors. Scott Barrett stays very involved with the West Pasco Board of Realtors and has been an active member of the Education Committee since 2008, Hall Committee since 2009, and was the Chairman of the MLS/Technology Committee in 2010.

Scott enjoys spending time with his family. He has 3 children, Joshua, Ashley, and Brandon as well as 2 step children, David, and Christina.
